PURCHASE PROCESS

1. Membership Registration: Anyone interested in purchasing a plot needs to become a member of Aashiyana Dream House by registering.

2. Registration Fee: ₹1499 (Non-refundable) Each registrant must fill a form and submit it to the official representative.

3. Receipt Issuance: A digital or physical receipt will be issued for the registration.

4. Validity of Scheme: The scheme remains open for a total duration of 18 months or until 50,000 memberships are reached—whichever comes first.

5. Lucky Draw Process: Once the 50,000-member mark is reached (or 18 months complete), a lucky draw will be conducted transparently.

6. Plot Allotment: 343 winners will receive their sale deeds and plot allocations immediately after the draw.

7. Documentation: Upon successful allotment of a plot, buyers will need to proceed with the documentation and paper processing by paying a fee of ₹21,000..
